For software acting on someone's behalf

An agent can ask us directly.

River Cade Farms answers a small, bounded set of requests from AI agents. This is the plain-language version of the machine-readable contract. If you are a person, the reservation page is what you want.

Where to send a request

The endpoint is https://agents.rivercadefarms.com/interactions/request — POST, JSON.

What is open without a key

Two interactions need no credential and no prior relationship. check-share-fit answers, from what this farm already publishes, whether a share matches what someone is looking for and whether their town is in our market. request-a-conversation queues a question for a person to read.

Send agent_id, interaction_id, idempotency_key and input as JSON, and omit agent_key. The agent_id is recorded as unverified — it exists so a request can be traced and a retry recognised as the same request, never as proof of who is asking.

A third interaction, ask-about-reserving, requires a key issued in advance. No key is issued through this page.

What this path will never do

Nothing here can confirm that a share is currently available, quote a final total, promise a processing or pickup date, take a deposit, or commit either side. Availability is seasonal and limited, and the farm confirms it before any money changes hands. Reservations go through the reservation page like everyone else's.

Reading this site to answer a customer is welcome. Training a model on it is not, and robots.txt says so as a signal rather than a ban.
